Tattoos do not look good on either gender, but they are the worst thing to happen to women aesthetically speaking since this popular fashion during the early 17th Century:
The scoop neck is ok, but everything else there is terrible. Just like tattoos. What a sad blight. And combine that with near-ubiquitous obesity and…yeah. It’s bad.

That is in fact even more hideous. Mexican pointy boots are also particularly bad IMO. And have the disadvantage of being extant now.
I have always wanted to overdo it for the same effect you’d get by wearing a box with suspenders but with an extra fire hazard.
People wear stunt fashion and trends and do body modification trends that are uglifying as a way of signaling wealth, position, hotness, willingness to conform and follow rules. As always.

Fashion is always about how to be on the bleeding edge (sometimes literally) and who can afford it socially and monetarily. Speaking of bleeding, I bet there will be a huge market for tattoo removal services when they inevitably fall out of fashion in 10-15 years.
