Exactly. I’ve been in situations like this before. When I offer to pull the logs to show what really happened, then there is a lot of hemming and hawing. And then the complaint goes away like magic.

Gotta do better than that if you want to make IT the blame dumping ground. We know when stuff happened and exactly what happened.
