I did 210 pushups total across three sets in today’s “impossible” celebrity workout.
Still getting stronger and better. Love it.

I wish I could get celebrity pay for these “impossible” celebrity workouts I keep doing.
At least I get really good muscles out of them.
The Substance: How Director Coralie Fargeat Stayed True to Her Vision.
I have not yet seen this film, but good lord, someone has been in the gym. Her arms are amazing!
Another “impossible” celebrity workout down.
I did 156 dips across three sets for one exercise.
I’m proud that I was able to put on nearly as much muscle with plain old hard work as dudes who use testosterone and other chemical cheat codes.
It took longer, sure, but my body isn’t all messed up. One minor downside is that it does get a lot harder to find clothes that fit. Though I look awesome even in tight clothes now, so there’s that.
And knocked out another “impossible” celebrity workout. Just like I do about six times a week.
Two Guys, A Girl, And That Wall.
That’s pretty impressive. They’re all absurdly strong.
I bought this for us recently:
Home Gym SCM-1148L 148LB Multifunctional Full Body Home Gym Equipment.
Free weights are great and we use them all the time, but exercise machines allow you to concentrate on a specific muscle or small muscle group in a way that’s difficult or impossible with free weights. Also, with a machine you can do lower-intensity exercises when desired or required; both are tools in your belt to stay fit and to keep interested in staying fit by being able to change up your routine.
That said, it’s pretty good for the price. I was not expecting a $5,000 machine as found in a commercial gym. I got it for about 1/10 that much and for that, it’s about 60% as good as one of those much-hardier bits of equipment. The motion is smooth when doing exercises and though it moves a little, it does not feel rickety or on the verge of collapse.
It is what I expected, but some limitations:
I do recommend it at that price, but I wish it tried to do just a bit less. I think it’d be more effective with fewer features. I am glad we have it, though.
Another “impossible” celebrity workout knocked out.
Feeling good. 150 dips, among other things.
When I tell people how much I work out and what I do, most think it’s a bit crazy. But to be completely honest, it doesn’t seem that hard to me. I could work out a lot more (for decreasing gains). No, I’m not addicted, I’m not injuring myself, and no I don’t have an eating disorder or body dysmorphia. It’s just working out for an hour or so a day ~six days a week alternating arms/back and legs/abs doesn’t seem like all that much?
Most people waste vastly more time scrolling through their damn phones. You could spend 1/8 less time doing that and get totally fucking jacked. So do it and quit whining.
I succeeded in doing three sets of 50 dips on the dip bars today. That’s 150 dips.
STRONK!!!!!
And to clarify again for the doubters, haters, losers, shouters and pouters, I don’t use any steroids, human growth hormone, hormone replacement therapy or anything that gets converted to a steroid (other than, you know, food) at all.
Unlike most who have good muscles and high vascularity, I’m all natural. Wouldn’t have it any other way.
I didn’t work out with my partner tonight so I lost count of my exercises and sets. I am certain I did more than I intended.
So I did Impossible Celebrity WorkoutTM x 1.5 or 2.
I do the impossible by accident. Love it.
I did three sets of 45 dips each on the dip bars this evening. Back in early 2023, I was only able to do 19. And that was a struggle.
Still getting stronger.
