It’s interesting how that wig of a hairstyle from the early 1960s makes a 29-year-old woman look about 900 years old.

Emily Scott Robinson – Built On Bones
This is excellent. (Right after I wrote the previous sentence, Safari mega-crashed; too many tabs.)
MXMS – Something In The Way
Great cover. She understands what the song is getting at, unlike most who cover it. Also, she has beautiful eyes.
DVA – Kung Fu
That was the High Weirdness I needed. And it could be just me, but I’m pretty sure she doesn’t know Kung Fu.
Camille – Lasso
The Fae – So You Said
A very small artist I also like. This is what would happen if you mashed up Smashing Pumpkins, The Cranberries, The Pretty Reckless and Alice in Chains. And I for one approve.
CELIA – If I Could
Another small artist I like. Good song and clever video. And as a side note, this is the kind of emotion that nearly any man would these days be called an “incel” (mostly by women) for expressing.
Rett Madison – Fortune Teller
I think this is a perfect song.
Miss Garrison – Navegante
Me gusta mucho el cabello de la mujer rubia.
Lake Ontario Is
Not sure why the bottom is cut off, but that’s the way I found it.
And this would be a better set of first date questions than most I’ve been on, for sure. The most fuckable Great Lake is definitely Lake Ontario, though. It’s half-Canadian, so it has a slight hint of exoticism, but it’s still safe (won’t steal your car, will say “sorry” a lot).
Here’s a good song and video about the vapidity of first date conversations (en Franรงais):
Jolene (HP Lovecraft version) by Joliet4
Yep, that’s being added to my Halloween song list (when I re-post it). It’s a way better list than anyone else’s because I listen to a fuckton more music than anyone else.
zzzahara – they don’t know
Jangly frantic fun.
Samia – Mad at Me
Really good song. Funny, I have listened to Samia for a while but had no idea what she looked like. Her actual appearance doesn’t match my half-formed idea of her at all. She looks very much like a Turkish friend of mine (who does read this blog so yes, she’ll know I’m talking about her).
Entre Ses Bras (live) – Cรฉcile Corbel & Pomme
Cette vidรฉo pourrait avoir plus de pixels, mais la chanson est trรจs charmante, comme un jour de printemps.
