Really good song. Funny, I have listened to Samia for a while but had no idea what she looked like. Her actual appearance doesn’t match my half-formed idea of her at all. She looks very much like a Turkish friend of mine (who does read this blog so yes, she’ll know I’m talking about her).

The song is only ok, but I freakin’ love the video. Had no idea Sabrina would be into horror comedy (to greenlight a vid like this for herself). That level of gore (even if stylized) would never have been allowed on MTV back in the day.

Wow, this is really well-done. Usually small artist videos don’t seem to understand what filmmaking is all about; Rosemary and her DoP get it. Great photography, tight choreography, humor and just general fun all over. Great vid on a low budget¹.
